Observe the 20-20-20 rule and be good to your eyes
If you work at a computer remember the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes take 20 second break and focus on something 20 feet away. Blink to prevent dry eyes.

Dunderheids IT tip of the week
Isn't it annoying if your 'Word' programme closes down when you close your document? Try closing the document with 'CTRL' and F4. (make sure the function buttons on your keyboard are enabled) Hurray! It's good to beat Microsoft sometimes!
